- 1 cup Pattu Basmati Rice
- 1.5 cups of water
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 cinnamon
- 2 cloves
- 2 cardamon
- 1 tbl Pattu Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1onion
- 2 tbl Pattu Ghee
- Frozen peas 1 cup
- Salt to taste

In a sauce pan, ad the ghee and the seeds till the seeds sputter. Add the onions. Fry till golden
brown. Add the paste and the rice. Fry the rice for 2 minuites. Keep the sauce pan away from the
heat. Allow to cool. Replace the rice in the rice cooker with the water and frozen peas and cook.
Peas pulav ready to be eaten with Pattu Panner Butter Masala. |
